Usage
We design, manufacture, and sell heating equipment that meets the needs of our customers to support a wide range of industrial fields such as semiconductors, liquid crystals, automobiles, and steel in the midst of the current trend of technologies such as AI, IoT, robotics, and automated driving technology.
We also offer small equipment (units) for use in universities, research and development, etc., to meet detailed needs.
Heat source
We handle a variety of heat sources (heaters), including halogen heaters and kanthal heaters, which are developed, designed, and manufactured in-house, so you can choose the one that best meets your requirements (temperature range, object, and atmosphere) to design more appropriate equipment.
Control (Sensors)
The control method appropriate for the heater is used, and optimal control is performed in conjunction with feedback from the sensor. The large touch panel allows for easy operation, and all operations, from startup to completion, can be performed automatically by simply entering the set conditions, thus meeting customer needs.
