Basic Philosophy

Himeji Rika Corporation will contribute to the sustainable development of the community and society by engaging in sound management based on the belief that “a company is a public institution of society” and on the principles of integrity and gratitude to society.
To this end, we will provide our suppliers with high-quality products using inherited technologies.
For our employees, we will provide fair working conditions and strive to maintain and improve a safe and healthy work environment, thereby enhancing the welfare of our employees and their families. In addition, we recognize that environmental issues are important issues common to all humankind, and we will actively work to protect the environment, and furthermore, we recognize the importance of compliance and maintain high ethical standards in our management.

Corporate code of conduct

In order to embody this “Basic Philosophy”, we (the officers and employees of Himeji Rika Co., Ltd.) have established the following “Corporate Code of Conduct”, which we will follow as the best example in our various corporate activities.

  1. Each and every one of us shall keep a close watch on the quality of each product manufacturing process, and shall constantly make improvements to provide products that win the trust and satisfaction of our customers in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time.
  2. We will comply with laws, regulations, and other social norms, and conduct fair and sound corporate activities. We will not associate with any individual or organization that may adversely affect social order or healthy corporate activities.
  3. We shall comply with the Antimonopoly Law and other economic laws and regulations, conduct fair transactions in a free and equal competitive society, and shall never be involved in unfair transactions that take advantage of our superior position.
  4. Together with our business partners, we will act in accordance with fair and reasonable standards to fulfill our social responsibilities, including compliance with laws and regulations, respect for social ethics, environmental protection, respect for human rights, and maintenance of occupational health and safety. These standards include the prohibition of forced labor, child labor, and discrimination based on race, color, nationality, age, gender, ethnicity, religion, or creed.
  5. We will conduct our business with integrity and honesty at all times, and will establish and maintain appropriate relationships within the scope of social appropriateness, without being involved in the provision or enjoyment of private benefits.
  6. We respect the personality and individuality of our employees and strive to create a rich work environment that allows each employee to make the most of his or her abilities.
  7. We recognize the importance of all information assets, including our customers' personal information, and we are committed to promoting the protection and management of such information assets through a company-wide system to ensure stable corporate activities at all times.
