  • 1.Application confirmation

    We confirm the customer's application and requirements, such as the environment in which the product will be used and the object to be used. Based on our accumulated know-how, we will prepare a draft specification plan that meets the customer's needs in advance.

  • 2.Discussion

    Our sales and design engineers will visit the site and check the actual site as much as possible to brush up on the preliminary specifications. If you are able to visit our company, you will be able to see the unit and equipment, which will lead more concrete discussions.

  • 3.Equipment design

    In order to realize your needs, our design specialists will design based on your request.
    Since we handle a variety of heat sources and design control units and power supplies in-house, we can design tailor-made equipment to suit your needs.

  • 4.Equipment assembly

    We have an in-house assembly plant, which enables us to manufacture equipment in an integrated process from design to production.
    In order to work efficiently with control units and electrical components, we also manufacture all related parts in-house.
    By incorporating halogen heaters, which can be manufactured in-house, into the equipment, it is possible to respond to short delivery times and shorten the production period.

  • 5.Testing

    Operational tests are conducted in the presence of the customer using actual products.
    Tests using gases and chemicals are also available to approximate the actual operating environment.

  • 6.Shipping/installation

    Regardless of whether the shipment is to a domestic or overseas destination, sturdy packaging prevents various problems during delivery.
    For large equipment, we can also deliver by our own delivery service. Please consult us for installation of equipment.
    We also provide full support for maintenance and improvement after equipment delivery.
