  UV curing equipment

  This is an irradiator for UV curing equipment developed to demonstrate 100% of the capabilities of UV lamps. High-pressure mercury lamps and metal halide lamps are selected according to the shape of the workpiece and space available for your equipment. This is a power supply for UV curing equipment developed to demonstrate 100% of the capacity of UV lamps. It is more compact than conventional products and saves space.

  UV irradiation equipment-cleaning and improvement

  Surface treatment equipment using UV irradiation has features such as treatment under atmospheric conditions, dry process, and no damage to the surface, and equipment can be manufactured according to workpiece size and production tact time.
  We can meet a variety of customer needs, from in-line type equipment that integrates the irradiation device, lamp, power supply, and conveyor, to batch type equipment, to the supply of irradiation device, lamp, and power supply units suitable for incorporation into conveyor equipment.

  UV irradiation experimental equipment

  This system uses low-pressure mercury lamps mounted inside a compact box-type irradiator to irradiate the workpiece surface with ultraviolet light, which decomposes and removes organic matter from the surface and produces a cleaning or modification (hydrophilization) effect.
  This machine can be used in a variety of situations, from research and development testing equipment to small-lot production equipment.

  Flowing water type ultraviolet sterilization equipment

  The flow-through ultraviolet sterilizer is equipped with a low-pressure mercury vapor lamp that emits a sterilizing beam of 254 nm inside a stainless steel cylinder. The device sterilizes bacteria in the flowing water between the time the target water enters and exits the cylinder.
  Inside the cylinder, an agitator plate designed to ensure that the water is evenly exposed to the ultraviolet rays effectively disinfects the water.
